The houses we are involved in constructing are steel framed and manufactured here in New Zealand before being shipped to your block or site for final assembly and construction. 

Those assembly and construction processes are completed by third-party contractors that you work with directly.

As the houses we build are made from steel, and we use more steel in our designs than many of our competitors, the new home you get from us will be ultra-strong and secure. We provide a 50-year warranty on the steel mainframe as well as a 15-year warranty on the cladding.

We have off-the-shelf designs that make ideal new build homes in the Canterbury area, whether you are looking for a large house or something smaller. We can help customise our off-the-shelf designs if you require them, or you can create a design from scratch based on your requirements.

As our materials are manufactured right here in Christchurch, we can easily ensure that the products used in the construction are of great quality. At Durasteel, we only use high-quality materials that we know will stand the test of time.

An Alternative to Traditional New Home Builders Canterbury

We have extensive experience providing over 180,000 buildings, including new build houses, to customers in Canterbury, New Zealand, and Australia. Our expertise in this industry is unrivalled.

– Everything is manufactured right here in New Zealand before being shipped to your site for construction.
